  Sexual wellness coaching sessions are non-judgmental and confidential.

  You can discuss sexual wellbeing concerns and develop goals to achieve a positive and healthier sex life.

  Things you can discuss:

  • Tricky or embarrassing sexual questions
  • Finding your prefect sex toy
  • Confidence in the bedroom
  • LGBTIQA+ and gender related questions
  • Relationship questions or concerns
  • Anything else that is going on for you

• How much does it cost?

  The first session is absolutely free and will be a 30 min phone call to get to know you and to see how I can help you.

  Pricing:

  • $49 per 60 min session
  • $99 for 3 x 60 min sessions

  Absolutely. All personal information and notes are stored in accordance with strict confidentiality guidelines.

• Inappropriate behaviour

  Inappropriate or aggressive behaviour will result in the coaching session being terminated.

  No further sessions will be booked.

• How is coaching delivered?

  You decide what works for you. Coaching sessions can be via Google Meet (video can be turned off if you prefer) or via a  phone call.

  The first free session is via phone.
